Description

Reduce the stepped parapet wall on the street facade back to historic level and in line with the adjoining property, replacing the once weathered coping stone. Remove the timber window head pelmets from the north and west facades. Remove all layers of render (extremely poor condition) to the north and west facades and replace with smooth Lime Green silicate breathable render finish. Installation of protective lead weathering details to door canopy and brick plinth. South facade (masonry) to be decorated in matching colour.
