Demolition of existing hipped roof to section of building adjacent to Lloyds Car Park and rebuild to same profile and finishing in either S. H. Red Pan Tile as existing or Black Slate as remainder of house. Reason for work - Roof structure unsound. Demolition of existing wall between property & Lloyds Bank car park and rebuild in cavity work with Red Brick facing. Reason - wall found to be only 103mm (half brick) thick and vulnerable to collapse if hit by car.
