Description

Listed Building Consent - Remove existing damaged cement render and metal mesh to east elevation. Insulate with 75mm sheep's wool in keeping with age of property. Install softwood counter batons to be fixed to exposed timber studs to carry boards. Fix 25mm savolit boards to elevation and apply two coats of Thermaline and Finelime render to approximately 20mm thickness from forward face of board. Window and door reveals will not be affected, they will remain as is.
