Existing fascia: Damaged fascia panels to be replaced with new Tricoya panels and painted exterior wood satin paint to match PT02 Sea Serpent. Existing flashing to be repaired/ replaced as required. Stallriser: Paint existing render Black. Existing shopfront: Make good to woodwork where necessary and paint to match PT02 Sea Serpent including entrance doors. Internal window frames to be painted to match PT01 Pointings.
