Discharge of Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of DC/20/4866/FUL - Alterations to existing vehicular access to create a new driveway & blocking existing entrance. - 3. Materials and finishes shall be as indicated. - 4. Trees or hedges written consent. -5. scheme of landscaping works - 6 .Approved landscaping works shall be implemented not later than the first planting season. - 7. The access shall be completed in all respects in accordance with the Suffolk County Council Development Management Drawing 'Domestic Vehicular Access Layout - Drawing No. DM01. - 8 . Gradient of the vehicular access shall not be steeper than 1 in 20. - 9 .Access driveway shall be constructed at a gradient not steeper than 1 in 8. - 10. Vehicular access onto the highway shall be properly surfaced. - 11. Means to prevent the discharge of surface water from the development onto the highway. - 12. clear visibility at a height of 0.6 metres above the carriageway level shall be provided.
