Description

To build a 1.5m extension to the front of the garage to develop an outside undercover porch area to the front door. Reposition the garage door to suit new garage front area. Raise garage walls approx 15cm to align with previous built pitch roof (internal extension 1994). Internally build a 1.5m x1.5m extension from my hallway into the garage area to allow for a secure entry fire door to be fitted for access to garage.
