Non-Material Amendment of DC/21/3486/FUL (Erection of 1no. warehouse (Class B8) together with access and servicing arrangements, vehicle parking, landscaping and associated works) - Number of rooflights reduced to compensate for addition of internal air lock; PV roof provision increased from 100 square metres to 385 square metres to comply with EPC A; retaining wall added to the south-west corner to align with engineers level drawings; personnel door on the south-western elevation relocated to suit additional retaining wall, siting of sprinkler tanks indicated at northern boundary of the site; introduction of sliding gates in lieu of swing gates; additional fencing (2.4 metre high paladin) to full site perimeter to enclose the whole building for security measures; introduction of permeable paving to align with approved drainage strategy; and additional pedestrian access.
