Interior: 1. (Completed and applying for retrospective permission) a. Removal of 1950s fireplace from front room b. Opening up of wall where the removed fireplace was to reveal original inglenook mantle and fireplace. c. Installation of brickwork, hearth and wood burning stove in new opening. d. Replacement of missing floorboards with Georgian floorboards. 2. (Completed and applying for retrospective permission).a.
