Description

Discharge of condition No.3 of DC/23/0788/LBC - (Listed Building Consent - 1) Replace external door and window in rear entrance hall raising the cill height of the window to match the main house and raising the head of the door and window to increase height of the door opening to near-standard height. Insert DPC membrane in wall under window and under door frame; 2) Remove short walls (approx. 1m in height) and plywood "gate" compartmenting one bay of the out building and wooden slatted front of east-end bay. Install two sets of double doors in front of east-end bay and one set in adjacent bay. Install brick and wooden board partitions to enclose those bays to provide secure storage area for bicycles, fire wood and garden tools. The east end bay is approximately 1.5x wider than the others with a thinner wall plate which has bent and the central upright of the proposed two sets of double doors will support the wall plate) - Details of external door / window; details of double doors; details of dividing wall.
