Description
The proposed alterations to the property resolve the issues with the layout of the rear extensions to the property. We propose to extend the rear 'squaring off' the existing L shape extensions. This allows a near back door and entrance lobby to be formed, moved the day room forward to make the most of the garden. The existing lean-to extension still houses the kitchen with a revised layout. At first floor level we propose to extend the existing flat roof extension to form a new master suite, including, master bedroom, dressing room and ensuite bathroom, the remaining floor area will be utilized as a balcony overlooking the garden and fields beyond. This balcony will be guarded from next door by the extended first floor, providing privacy for both the occupier and neighbour.
