Change of use from C3 (residential dwelling house) to a C2 (residential children's home for 3 children)We currently operate two children's homes in Suffolk and are hoping to open a third home in order to respond to a local need for residential children's home places. This will also create job opportunities locally and provide a positive environment for children and young people in which they can develop and thrive growing up in the Suffolk countryside.
