Certificate of Lawful Use (Existing) - I and my family own Eastway Cottage IP18 6TL, within 50 metres of The Net Shed Studio. The Net Shed Studio was purchased in 1992 to provide a space for myself and my wife to carry out painting and drawing and to provide accommodation for visiting friends and family. I applied for and received planning approval to replace the corrugated concrete roof with an insulated clay pantile roof and to refurbish the external walls. The work was carried out in 2009, I have continued to make use of the Net Shed Studio, and sometimes to sleep there, within sight and sound of the sea. We also use the Net Shed Studio to prepare meals. I am applying for a Certificate of Lawfulness on the basis that the activities described here have continued for a period of more than 10 years until the present time,
