Non-material amendment to DC/22/2437/FUL (Demolition of existing bungalow, construction of 4 new dwellings and associated carports, parking, access and landscaping) - The first-floor gable window to Bedroom 3 has been removed in place of decorative timber gable frame panelling. The fixed window in the kitchen at the side elevation has been replaced by a set of French doors, of similar size. On the same elevation, the bi-fold doors in the living room have been removed. On the east elevation of the living room a set of sliding doors with gable window has been introduced in place of the fixed window and timber gable panelling.
