Discharge of Condition No. 13 of DC/21/3527/VOC - Variation of Condition 2 of DC/20/1293/VOC - Variation of Condition No 2 of DC/16/3514/FUL - Erection of 6 dwellings. Provision of public open space and allotments - plans as approved: Phasing Plan to enable the plots to be sold separately and allow the development to progress in phases (ie facilitating self builds) and revised design of Plot 6 - The positioning and configuration of Plot 6 has been changed to better suit the site topography and to reduce the impact of the building position on Rose Cottage.
