Description

Variation of Legal Agreement on DC/15/1128/OUT - Application for Outline Planning Permission for up to 560 dwellings, including a Local Community Centre, a 60 Bedroom extra Care Home and 50 assissted Assisted Living Units, 2 small Business Units and open space provision with associated Infrastructure - The Unilateral Agreement for Land at Candlet Road, Felixstowe (dated 7th October 2016) requires that owners shall complete such works (in regard to open space) prior to the Occupation of 30% of the dwellings in that Phase or as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the District Council. However, the delivery of some areas of open space is to be delayed due to the phasing of construction (particularly areas of phase 2). This is because some areas of open space cannot be provided until the units within the vicinity have been constructed in the coming years.
