Plus new entry porch - Sun Lounge on the proposed floor plan (ref 2020-GLRB/1XB) is able to increase in depth size by 700mm and still be okay with the roof pitch. This would increase the room depth from 3000mm to 3700mm. Although this is a relatively small increase in size it would make the room more viable and comfortable to use with space for furniture etc
