Listed Building Consent - To comply with the recommended minimum distance between the top of our chimney stack and the ridge line of the thatched roof, we need to add a chimney pot. Our plan is to have two 60cm chimney pots added to the chimney stack to achieve a balanced look. We will also take this opportunity to remove the TV aerial and the cables that run from it on top of the thatch and into the front of the house.
