Description

Prior Notification (Agricultural) - balanced cut and fill earth moving operation to construct an extension to the existing reservoir. The east embankment of the existing reservoir will be used in the design of the west embankment of the new reservoir. All design and supervision fall within the safety legislation of the 1975 Reservoirs Act as amended by the 2010 Water Act.
