Non Material Amendment of DC/20/3709/FUL - Shed (3.0m x 2.4m) - Vary the design from that of a garden shed to a garden summerhouse with a pent style roof, more window area and glass doors so that it has amenity as a studio, recreational space rather than as storage. It will be constructed of 20mm secret nail Redwood cladding, C24 grade Redwood internal framework, EDPM firestone rubbber roof, PVC doors and windows as per drawings attached.
