Discharge of Condition Nos. 8, 9, 10 and 11 of DC/16/2104/OUT - Erection of up to 77 new homes with associated access, infrastructure, landscaping and amenity space (all matters to be reserved except for access) - construction method statement to satisfy condition 8a and site investigation to satisfy condition 9 (this has been split into 3 parts due to the 10mb file size limit). This should then allow conditions 10 & 11 to be redundant as there is no remedial works or action required on this development
