Woodland block (outlined red on plan) Repeated pruning operations - At a time and frequency decided by the owner, that the owner or anyone directed under the authority of the owner, be permitted to: 1. Prune back any branch of a protected tree that has passed outside of the boundary line marked blue on plan. Any finishing cuts shall not be made further than 50cm from inside the boundary line. 2. (a) Crown raise any branches within 3 metres above ground level within the yellow area on plan, any finishing cuts shall not made further than 50cm from inside of the boundary marked green. (b) Laterally reduce any branches passing beyond the red line, any finishing cuts shall not be made further in than the red line. 3. Crown raise any branches of a protected tree within the area marked purple on plan to a height no greater than 5 metres above ground level.
