Discharge of Condition No. 4 of DC/22/4085/FUL - Conversion of existing car port into annex, single storey rear extension to main house and replacement rooflights - details of the following have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority: i. Full specification of external materials to be used in barn extension and annex conversion.ii. Representative window and external door details to be used in the same to show appearance, materials and glazing type.iii. Specification of replacement and new rooflights to show size and materials (opening operation already supplied).Thereafter, all work must be carried out using the approved materials and in accordance with the approved details.
