Discharge of Condition Nos. 3 A, B, C and D of DC/22/4149/LBC - Minor internal and external alterations, conversion of the existing garage to form a Utility/WC and Sitting/Garden Room, with bi-fold door access to the garden, introduction of ensuite facilities at first floor level, and remodeling of shower room facilities at second floor level - In reference to Planning 3A, please refer to Appendix A for Mumford and Wood joinery drawings, for detail information on door frames, materials, dimensions, pane profiles, glazing and finish.
