Listed Building Consent - Remove cement render, repair timber frame as required, and re-render with lime render to:- both end walls of the main house (west and east elevations);- partial rear elevation of the main house (south elevation);- west and partial south elevation of the rear extension.Addition of insulation to some parts of the timber frame, as shown in drawn details.Removal of the modern additions to the large inglenook fireplace in the kitchen, including repairs to the brickwork and bressumer; replace the existing concrete floor with a limecrete slab; addition of a multifuel stove including a new flue liner, with repairs to the external chimney stack top to accommodate. Relocation of the range oven position with provision through the wall for a new flue/extract.
