Listed Building Consent - The timber frame between the ground floor and 1st floor has decayed and much of the frame has failed and now requires renovation/renewing. The main beam across the south gable (east/west) will need replacing as well as the secondary beam at second floor level and the studs connecting the two beams. The existing cement pebble dash render has been removed and will need to be replaced with a lime render to allow the structure to breathe.
