Discharge of Condition Part 3 b) & c) of DC/22/3311/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Request to repair windows and where repairs are no longer possible to replace said windows like for like. Window 5 to be not included and old doorway instead to be bricked into match surrounding walls. Door 6 and sidelights to be replaced like for like. Windows 2, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 beyond repair request to replace like for like. Window 1, 6, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17 can be repaired in situ. East Gable End - Cementious render removed revealing damaged bricks/cracks/previous cement repairs - stable but beyond repair to restore brick face - Request to re-renders using Benign Lime Mortar mix or Lime Wash to respect visual coherence of the building.
