Discharge of Condition No. 10 of DC/21/4482/VOC - Variation of Condition No 2 of DC/19/4254/FUL - Construction of two storey detached dwelling with integral garage and turning area - amended design - Before completion of the new access, further written and drawn (as necessary) details of the replacement frontage hedge shall be submittedto the Local Planning Authority and subsequently agreed, showing species and number of plants.The hedge shall be planted in accordance with the approved details within six months of the commencement of the development or such otherperiod as shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and any plants which die during the first 5 years shall be replaced in thenext planting season.
