Discharge of Condition Nos. 3 and 10 of DC/22/1564/FUL - Part single-storey, part two/three storey rear/side extension, alterations to house, demolition of existing extension and outbuildings, removal of 2no. trees and construction of a new swimming pool - Condition 3 -Proposed materials: Hoskins Maltings Antique facing bricks (mixed reds) and Douglas Fir channel cladding (natural finish) - Condition10 - Pool Heater is Hydro Pro Px 11/32 Invert heat pump and will be situated against wall and insulated summer house this will reduce/eliminatenoise.
