Discharge of Condition Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of DC/22/1401/LBC - Convert the existing outbuilding into an additional living space and refresh both the ground and first-floor layouts of the main dwelling including new French doors to the existing modern extension linking the internal and outside spaces - 3. (i) Details of the external materials to be used for the extension. (ii) Details to be provided for the installation of all new services (including the proposed heat pump and manhole), including loss of historic fabric.(iii) Details to be provided of all new external and internal doors to include: appearance; materials and finish; frame and architrave; type of glazing and fixing; panel profiles; and ironmongery. (iv) Details to be provided of all new and replacement windows to include: appearance; position within opening; method of opening; materials and finish; heads and cills; type ofglazing; glazing bar profiles; and ironmongery 4. Opening-up of the existing fireplace shall be undertaken in the presence of a member of the Design and Conservation team; the method of treatment to follow shall be agreed at that time and confirmed in writing with the council as soon as possible following. 5. Prior to completion of works, a copy of the "Heritage Statement and Impact Assessment by Ruth Summers dated April 2022", submitted with this application, shall be submitted to the Suffolk Heritage and Environment Record (HER)
