Non Material Amendment of DC/21/0226/FUL- Proposed extension & alterations (previous approved planning application DC/19/1224/FUL) - 1.Amendments on the elevations to change the approved lower part (ground floor up to first floor level) cream coloured smooth render to replace with "Grey Hardi planks cladding" to match the higher part of the extension elevations. Full cladding instead of only cladding applied to the higher level as shown on the proposed elevations. 2. Bedroom 2 high level window to increase depth to 1050mm, maintaining that top openable section of window to be minimum 1700mm from finished floor level ( as approved previously). and the lower 3 panels to be fixed obscured to maintain Neighbours privacy. 3. Side one small windows removed.
