Description

To build a red brick single storey (Family room) extension on the eastern side of the cottage measuring 4.6m x 4.6m. This would replace the current old lean to stores and would incorporate a pitched roof finished below the eaves of the main property. preliminary plans show this extension set back a metre from the front wall of the host building.To build an oak - framed single car port with pan-tiled roof positioned at an angle, close to the front south western corner of the property.A small detached studio outbuilding at the west side of the plot alongside of the dwelling, this would have as weather boarded finish and a low hip roof. A small summerhouse postioned at the northern end of the garden with a low hipped roof and waterboarded finish.
