Listed building application for internal and external alterations to Bass House and the Water Tower including: external alterations comprising the demolition of existing single storey rear projection, existing extension to inner courtyard, external staircases and existing wall and gates, erection of a single storey extension and canopy to the south-east elevation, a single storey link extension to existing inner courtyard and erection of replacement wall and gates, installation of solar panels to the roof, installation of 1 replacement window to south-east elevation and internal alterations comprising removal of internal walls, blocking up of existing openings, installation of a lift and new staircase, lowering of some window openings on the south-east elevation and removal of suspended ceilings, to facilitate the change of use of Bass House from offices to brewery heritage museum, archive centre and visitor experience (Class F1) with ancillary food and beverage sales (Class E(B)); external alterations comprising the erection of a single storey link extension to the south-west elevation and a glazed extension to the roof to enable roof to be used as a viewing platform, installation of 1 replacement window to the north elevation, installation of 2 replacement windows to south elevation and 3 replacement windows to east elevation and internal alterations comprising the removal of the existing roof, floor, staircases and roof ladder, doors, water tank, pipework, plant, enclosure to top of staircase and substation to facilitate the change of use of the Water Tower to use as an exhibition centre (Class F1)
