Partially demolish an existing brick built 2m high boundary wall by 5 courses of bricks and erect a trellis fence along the length of the wall back to a 2m height. Remove the soil banked up against the wall and replace with gravel to improve drainage and reduce the pressure against the wall & repair, replace and repoint remaining brickwork as necessary
