Application under Section 73 to vary condition 8 of planning permission P/2018/01547 for the demolition of redundant business units to facilitate the redevelopment of the site to provide Class B1 (Business), Class B2 (General Industrial) & Class B8 (Storage and Distribution) units with trade counter and associated office space and conversion and extension of existing dwelling to provide office accommodation at Brookside Business Park to provide that the agreed ground remediation works shall be undertaken in strict accordance with the approved measures and a that a Validation Report is first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development(s) on the land(s) affected is/are first occupied.
