Proposed above-ground development associated with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) trial borehole works in connection with the Humber Carbon Capture Pipeline project, including: (a) construction of hardstanding and compound area comprising welfare compound, equipment laydown, drill entry point, sump pond, water bladder tank, topsoil storage bunds, anchor block, fluid containment pit and siting of associated shipping containers, parking and associated access tracks; (b) creation of new access track from Newlands Lane and installation of temporary laydown area; and (c) underground development comprising installation of 40m temporary metal casing as part of drill installation under the Humber Estuary
