Cypress trees (Group 1) due to discovery of damp thought to be caused by the trees overshadowing the front of the house, and removal will assist in remediating the damp issues; Remove 1 no. group of Leyland Cypress trees (Group 2) due to poor quality, to improve the quality of the garden, and assist in remediating the damp issues; Remove 7 no. Yew trees (Group 3) due to poor quality and are underdeveloped; Remove 1 no. Sycamore tree (T2) due to included unions and to mitigate potential failure; Crown reduce 1 no. Sycamore tree (T3) by reducing westerly aspect by 2.5m to balance tree; Crown reduce 1 no. Sycamore tree (T4) by 0.9-1.8 metres, crown thin by 15%, and crown clean as permission has expired and is a resubmission of 21/02122/TCA; Remove 1 no. Sycamore tree (T5) as it is self seeded; Remove 2 no. Eucalyptus trees (T6 & T7) for the benefit of other specimens; Remove 2 no. Ash trees (T8 & T9) due to advanced Ash Die Back; Crown reduce 1 no. Horse Chestnut tree (T10) to monolith due to significant failures; Remove 1 no. group of Holly trees (T13) due to ivy infestation
