Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed remedial works to existing flood defences alongside the left bank of the Dutch River comprising of topping up low spots along the embankments to achieve the Humber Extreme Water Level, widening of crest width to 3.0m and 3.5m for vehicular access only, works to widen the crest or increase the elevation slopes will be constructed to a 1 in 3 and tie into existing slopes at the upstream and downstream extents and slopes steeper than 1 in 2.75 will be re-profiled to a 1 in 2.75, with associated access, access ramps, construction of compound area and asset locations and removal and re-instatement of existing fencing following completion
