Himalayan Birch (T2) as it has outgrown its location and the crown is now overhanging the adjacent property; Crown reduce 1 no. Holly tree (T3) by 1 metre in height, and 0.5 metres to the side (as illustraded in report); Crown reduce 1 no. Holly tree (T5) by 2 metres in height and 1 metre to the sides to retain the shape of the tree and also control its size given proximity to adjacent properties; Fell 1 no. Cypress tree (T6) as it is close to the adjacent courtyard, and is feared to cause issues to the adjacent property if it is allowed to grow further
