Description

Non-Material Amendment to Planning Approval 22/02612/PLF - Change of garage door from up and over door, to a sectional door. The proposed door was a wooden up and over door however the door is too heavy to do in wood. So instead a wood effect door is proposed as shown on the attached details. The garage door will be M-Ribbed and White woodgrain as shown in the accompanying manufacturers documents. It will be as described in the accompanying drawing 210802 - 002 revision M. The change will have little impact on the surrounding area, the Conservation Area or listed buildings. The garage door will be in a small private rear courtyard and will not be visible from public viewpoints.
