Bulging to lower stem indicative of potential reaction wood to internal decay, both trees to be replaced with 10 - 12cm Hornbeam. Remove Ivy of (T2704) to inspect base of tree Sycamore, Acer Pseudoplatanus, re inspect in 18 months. Remove dead wood on tree (T2712) Sycamore, Acer Pseudoplatanus, Privet, Ligustrum Ovalifolium, Hawthorn, Crateagus Monogyna, Manage hedge of (H2722) to maintain 2.4m clearance above footpath
