Description
Discharge of conditions pursuant to NE/25/00256/VAR. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) to allow for the front roof of the building to be replaced as it is not structurally sound on the front elevation. Roof trusses need to be pre-fabricated and the chimney is an obstruction and cannot be used as a support. For this reason, it is proposed to remove the chimney. There is a second, redundant chimney that serves no purpose and has no opening, which is also proposed to be removed. An L2 Building Record has previously been completed and because of this, the Council's Archaeologist has raised no objection to this proposal. Drawing PL-003.2C to be included in Condition 2 as an approved plan pursuant to NE/22/00238/FUL - Partial demolition and conversion of public house to a single residential dwelling with associated development including garage, access, parking and landscaping. Condition 13 - sustainibility (EV charging and water consumption).
