Non material amendmet to allow for 1. Change of a first-floor window orientation from landscape to portrait located above the bay window shown in the original planning drawing (ELEVATION_-_PROPOSED_-_AMENDED-462350), compared with the proposed construction drawing (THC-PA-00-ZZ-DR-A-403-REV00). Overall window size to remain unchanged. 2. Change of windowpanes layout with the removal of some glazing bars to all windows located in the south elevation, as shown in the original planning drawing (ELEVATION_-_PROPOSED_-_AMENDED-462350), compared with the proposed construction drawing (THC-PA-00-ZZDR-A-400-REV00). Overall window sizes to remain unchanged. 3. Since planning was granted, a site survey revealed the measurements indicated in the South Elevation of the planning submission drawing (ELEVATION_-_PROPOSED_-_AMENDED-462350) vary from what the dimensions will be on completion. Please refer to the dimensions as indicated in the attached South Elevation indicating the difference between the planning drawings and proposed construction drawings. Please note, there is no change to the proposed ridge heights, with the difference between the existing and proposed remaining at 950mm, therefore there is no change to how the proposed extension will materially appear relative to the existing dwelling pusuant 20/00801/FUL - Two storey extension and new carport/store; replacement windows, roof and doors to existing dwelling.
