Variation of condition 2 (matching materials) and 3 (plans) to allow for change to the design intent - approved new timber frame doors and windows will be changed to timber frame windows and crittall frame doors and side windows. New timber shutters will also be installed pursuant to 18/01776/LBC - Adaptation and repair to redundant Grade II Listed barn to allow Change of Use to commercial and retail. Replace roof tiles, (retain Collyweston tiles where possible) replace fenestration and repair and restore internal structures and associated works.
