Description
Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed development/Use: works to create access to the community for a wheelchair user. Front door to be widened to provide finished clear opening of 900mm. Concrete canopy above front door to be removed to facilitate installation of new lintel. Install new low threshold UPVC front door with ACO threshold drain. Install 1200x1200mm level platform and ramp - approx 3600mm long x 1200mm wide, to achieve estimated gradient of 1:14. Exposed sides of upper platform and ramp to have 100mm upstands and powder coated Kee Klamp handrails - colour to be black. Handrails to be 900mm high. Kee Klamp gate and step to be installed to left hand side of platform as viewed from the street. Construct 1200 x 1200mm level landing area between end of ramp and public pavement. Platform, ramp and landing area to be finished with non-slip pre-cast concrete slabs. Cut back existing picket fence to front of property to create access from landing area to public pavement.
