Variation of condition 4 to change the wording from "The development hereby permitted shall be used to provide care for no more than three residents, and there shall be no more than three caring staff within the premises at any one time" to "The development hereby permitted shall be used to provide care for no more than three residents, with a maximum of 2 caring staff per child ( maximum 6 caring staff) within the premises at any one time". It shall not be used for any other use, including any other sort of care home or any other use falling within class C2 of the Use Classes Order 1987 (as amended)." to "The development hereby permitted shall be used as a residential care home for young children under the age of 18 with mental health disorders, learning disabilities and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder)" pursuant to NE/22/01588/FUL - Change of use from dwelling house (Class C3) to assisted living care home for three children with staff facilities (Class C2), and proposed works for vehicle access alteration, parking provision and boundary fencing.
