Non material amendment to allow for the revision of finished floor levels, ground levels, and roof ridge heights of the house types. House types (Cardinham and Dallington) have a slight change in window size. Holt 12.5 degree roof type is also being removed and those plots are now to have a 30 degree roof pursuant to NE/21/00498/FUL - Construction of 133 dwellings, internal roads, public open space, landscaping and other ancillary works, including creation of a new vehicular and pedestrian access from Prospect Avenue and pedestrian access from Shirley Road.
