Certificate of Lawfulness for existing development/Use: Planning permission was granted on 31.03.2021. Works commenced on site in July 2022, with the demolition of the former Denford Garage building, in accordance with this permission. Works have since continued, with the discharge of pre-commencement conditions. Further site clearance and levels work has also been undertaken. The existing permission would expire on 31.03.24. Work will be underway on site, working towards the completion of the proposed house however it is not anticipated that work will be completed until spring 2025. As such, a Certificate of Lawful Development is sought to confirm that the works on site are 'live'.
