When noting that a total of 10 residential units are proposed, the provision of two affordable dwellings would exceed requirements as set out at Policy 30 of the JCS. The Council's Housing Officer is supportive of the provision of two affordable bungalows and I am satisfied that this would constitute an acceptable level of provision."
