Application Details
Description
T1 - Large ash tree. Crown of tree is starting to merge with the crowns of the pine in the TPO'd copse of pine. Prune back ash crown to give 1.5m clearance from pine, back to most appropriate pruning points. T2 - Small suppressed pine in decline with poor foliation, remove. T3 and T4 - make up 2 of 3 thin pine which are close planted and are competing for light and crown spread. T3 is in poor condition with crown defoliation, T4 is angled and asymmetrical as it has sought the light as it grew. The tree between them is upright and symmetrical and once T3 and T4 are removed, has good potential to achieve a crown spread similar to the larger trees in the stand, and to continue in a healthy state for many years. T5 - Large pine with a lower canopy than the trees around it. Crown raise to 3.5m to remove low low lateral, this will give it a similar crown to those around it and will improve the sight line from the house into the copse and vice versa.
