Non material amendment to allow for (1) removal of approved double doors to rear of building. (2) Retaining feature to rear of building amended from blockwork to brick material. (3) New retaining wall to address slope to rear of building, near memorial garden. Reduction in upper-level hardstanding to accommodate. Introduction of cladding to match approved on the exposed flank of the building arising from levels change. (4) Change from brick to pre-cast concrete slabs to the side of the step/ramp to the sport hall facing sports pitches. Maximum retention 300mm only. No change to wall location. (5) Reduction in parapet height of PE store to rear of building. (6) Additional electrical feeder pillar housing required adjacent to the approved substation will be a brick built enclosure. (7) Gutter detail above teaching facilities and gable ends amended pursuant to NE/23/00364/FUL- Demolition of the existing sports hall, a new sports hall (4 court) to Sports England design standards, refurbishment of the existing sports hall to provide changing facilities, dance studio, teaching and group rooms and other support facilities for school and community use including school exams, alterations to the existing car park for school buses and cars, including a new traffic island, pupil drop-off and collection area, and safe crossing points.
